How do you load a dumptruck with a dozer?
With the primary excavator and one dumptruck broken down on this job somewhere in Canada, the team try to keep material moving by reversing the truck right back into the bench while the Cat dozer operator attempts to load the truck by simply pushing material into the butt. Not an ideal or profitable way to load muck but at least they got one more load shifted on the day!
I’m sure this way of “loading” would not do the back of the truck any favours either. I have seen photos of dozers being shifted around sites in the back of these trucks before, but never full on loading of them!
