Hyundai’s Gone Logging
The Hyundai FX range features no less than 6 models ranging from the 30-tonne FX3026G up to the 37-tonne FX3632. These new machines are designed and built in the factory and feature enhanced cab protection and heavy duty guarding to vulnerable areas to be able to withstand the rigours of the harsh forestry conditions.
As I understand it, these machines are not currently available for the UK market, where contractors tend to rely on such guarding to be installed on Hyundai’s High Walker models by the dealers. In New Zealand and Australia however, the Porter Equipment Group have many years of experience in selling machines like these into the busy forestry sectors.
