JCB 3C classic archive footage
As far as my late father was concerned there was nothing that could top the JCB 3C in its various guises over the year’s. He would simply not contemplate operating any other make. I myself started out on them in my full time career on a 3CIII model and previously operated earlier models with my dad. In the days when this promotional footage was taken the JCB was king and in many ways rightly so, as in the right hands they are a very versatile machine.

These days of course backhoe loader sales are not what they used to be, but they are still a useful addition to any plant hire fleet or as an owner operated machine and in my opinion there will always be a market for the backhoe loader.
