Kubota Nerves of Steel competition “Down Under”

The operator challenge style competition is a great way for companies to gain maximum exposure for their latest products, and to engage with the people who are at the sharp end of the business, out on site operating the kit on a daily basis in the “real world”. I have been fortunate enough to attend quite a few of these events now as an observer, and the feedback has always been brilliant from everyone involved. One company that I wasn’t aware of being involved in operator challenge events was Kubota, who have been running its Nerves of Steel competition in Australia for some time now. Heats for the 2014 Kubota Nerves of Steel event will be taking place in a number of locations across Australia, including one in Tasmania throughout the year. All state finalists will then be flown to Melbourne to compete in an all-expenses paid final later in the year, with the winner eventually taking home $30,000 in cash! Check out this video from last year’s event.
