Lannen & Engcon in perfect harmony

The Nordic regions hold a special fascination to me, especially in the way they adapt their machinery to make them more productive and less labour intensive. Finnish manufacturer Lannen have a long history for producing so called Multi-Function machines, or as we would know them backhoe loaders. These are not just any backhoe loaders though, more of a multi-purpose tool carrier and excavator loader combined, they really are exceptional machines. Of course, coming from the Nordic regions, the Scandinavian approach to excavating nearly always involves a tilt-rotator and in this case that comes from our Swedish friends over at Engcon. Check out this video which shows the Lannen 8600 fitted with an Engcon EC214 working together in perfect harmony on a municipal jobsite in Finland.
