Larger Compact Loader From Wacker Neuson

Wacker Neuson has launched its WL95 model. With an operating weight of 10 tonnes, it is the largest wheel loader in their range and offers a tipping load of 5.7 tonnes and a bucket pivot point of 3.8m.

There are two Deutz engine options: a 3.6-litre lump rated at 100kW (136hp) and equipped with an AdBlue system to meet Stage 4 of the emissions regulations. It can be specified with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to meet Stage 5 regulations. The alternative 4.1-litre engine is rated at 115kW/156hp and meets Stage 5 standards thanks to AdBlue and DPF systems.

The high-speed version of the new loader features the firm’s ecospeedPRO infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission. Operating from 0 to 40kph without changing gear, it also ensures that there are no interruptions to the tractive force applied.

The articulated WL95 has a total length of 6.50m and a width of 2.39m and features a turning circle of 4.90m, with an inner radius of 2.45m. In those countries that permit construction equipment to pull trailers, the WL95 can handle gross trailer weights of up to 18 tonnes. Both a two-line pneumatic and a hydraulic trailer braking systems are offered.
