Liebherr’s compact 14 tonner impresses well-known owner/operator

Talking about his time on the machine Eddie said, “All I can say is I've waited 26 years to operate a Liebherr and it really didn't disappoint! The quality is apparent in just about any aspect you care to examine, with a hydraulic precision I've never witnessed in any other marque, probably only bettered by the Huddig I tried at Maskin Expo” Eddie continued, “This was a full spec unit with Two Piece Boom and Blade, and the geometry of the boom must be the best I've ever encountered? There is a lot of great detailing all around and I was totally sold on it to be honest!” “The simple fact is and the photos will clearly show this, that the unit is just too large to follow the Kubota into much of the forestry type environment I encounter and despite the very compact tail plus boom geometry it quickly felt quite big between the trees”. Summarising his time on the machine Eddie concluded, “I am totally sold on the Liebherr quality, but until they decide to put the 910 onto a crawler undercarriage then it's sadly not an option open to me. Fingers crossed they decide to take up the option shortly, as I feel it would fill a niche for a quality, high specification owner operator style large midi excavator” “To be perfectly honest I doubt I'll settle for much else but Liebherr after this demo” Said Eddie.
