Mecalac launches connected services

Mecalac has introduced its new connected service to support its clients’ efficiency and profitability, developed in partnership with Trackunit - a key player in the telematics platforms solutions.

Comprised of a web portal mymecalac.com, and a mobile app ‘MyMecalac’, the service solves the most common pain points in the construction industry. It spotlights machines in need of immediate care allowing technicians to stay one-step ahead of potential breakdowns. The web portal is the information and knowledge hub empowering fleet managers, machines owners and drivers, to boost efficiency, safety and machine uptime by giving access to everything from high-level summaries, right down to specific machine details. Through constant, close machine monitoring and smart notifications on maintenance, inspections and damage, the app helps keep the machines up and running at top speed and efficiency.

The MyMecalac solution is available as a standard on the 12MTX, 15MWR and 15MC Stage 5 excavators, as well as AS1600 and AS210e Stage 5 loaders. It’s also offered as an option on all other Stage V machines.
