New CAT D3 skid-steers
Caterpillar has launched a new 16-model range of D3 wheeled and tracked skid-steer loaders. In what Cat describes as an industry first, D3 skid-steers support a range of Smart Attachments. The base machine automatically recognises these attachments and tailors the controls and display to match the operational and information needs of that attachment.
In addition, D3s have a number of automated functions including Return-to-Dig and Work Tool Positioner, designed to assist operators with repetitive tasks like grading, digging and loading. These items are now bundled together with a dual-direction, self-levelling feature.
