New duo from Yanmar

The ViO26-6 is a 2665 kg machine aimed specifically at the hire industry, whereas the 2745 kg ViO27-6 is designed more for the end user and owner operator sector. Both machines have key features from the ongoing Yanmar -6 excavator upgrades. Compared to the old ViO25 you will notice many differences to these new models. An obvious change comes in the cab, users will now find a much improved work station, complete with; digital display screen, larger floor space, new travel pedals, 2nd speed on the blade lever and new more comfortable seats. Key specifications such as dig depth and dump height are also increased in both models. This is helped by a real improvement in the undercarriage. An increased width along with a new X-shaped design has not only improved travel performance but also made the ViO26 and 27 more stable machines. Users so far have commented on the quick cycle times. Yanmar have improved each of the powerline components (engine, hydraulic pump, distributor) meaning no compromise between power and compactness. A flow sharing hydraulic system, made up of a variable-flow piston pump and a load signalling flow share distributor makes combination movements far simpler and smoother than on previous models. Further features such as; full cylinder protection, improved accessibility, new door design and a hydraulic line for clamshell buckets makes these new models a great fit for all manner of jobsites.
