One Man’s JCB Digger Adventure!
Now I personally, due partly to a serious lack of free time and the necessary financial investment involved, have no interest in tinkering about with old machines, getting covered in diesel and grease up to my armpits etc, but I have a lot of admiration for those who do this kind of thing.
I have even more admiration for this guy who having had no previous experience with any digging machines, decided that he would purchase an ageing JCB 3CX for various projects around his property with his wife.
Having done some research in the run up to purchase Mark bought the 1986 model 3CX and has since learnt many lessons along the way, including learning to operate one for starters, running it and most importantly doing his own repair work along the way!
I found it a really interesting adventure story, and I hope you will too.
