Stockholm calling

The beautiful city of Stockholm is famous for many things but not least as the home of Swedish pop sensations ABBA who formed in the city back in 1968 and shot to stardom after winning the Eurovision song contest with Waterloo in 1974. The famous 4 are now celebrated with a dedicated museum about them in the city. However I doubt there will be time or the Money, Money, Money to visit the place as I will be out and about on sites reporting on the company and the Swedish way of working which of course involves lots of tilt-rotator action! It will be great to meet up with the digger Dancing Queen Aimee, once more and find out how she is getting on as she once said to me” I Have a Dream to work in Sweden” and it’s great to see that the dream has finally come to fruition in the land of the tilty’s. For me The Name of the Game will be getting out on site and seeing first-hand how the Swedes approach the job in a much less labour intensive way. In the meantime let’s take a look at one of Aimee’s latest videos where she is working pretty much on her own, just one woman and her machine clearing up a site.
