What could possibly go wrong?

I'm sure we have all done it in the past, either lowering a worker down a trench or lifting them up in the bucket of your excavator, lets face it, it was once a common place activity on job sites before the health and safety culture took over, but the action taking place in this photo looks extremely dangerous for the guy stood in the bucket that is only being held in place by the bite of the selector grab! The question must be, would you trust a set up like that, I for one would not. This is just further evidence of why women live longer than men!
