Yanmar SV26 for Lancashire Developments
Lancashire Developments has purchased a new Yanmar SV26 mini-excavator from local dealer MTS Plant, complete with optional quick-coupler. Based in Bolton, Lancashire Developments delivers a wide range of services, including concreting, foundations, design and build, drainage, groundworks, mini piling, electrical and mechanical. The company has wasted no time putting its new Yanmar to good use.
Since taking delivery of the SV26 in January, owner Darren Brown and the team at Lancashire Developments have put their new excavator through its paces, completing foundations and groundworks for a new housing development. The quick coupler has proven invaluable, allowing the machine to perform a multitude of tasks throughout the day, while dramatically improving productivity.
Yanmar says its 23.9hp SV26 is equipped with the largest cab in its class and offers impressive performance for its size (2,740kg with cabin as pictured). The SV26 boasts Yanmar’s ViPPS hydraulic system and 300mm tracks. An additional 100kg counterweight is available as an option.
